First part of the three compilations regarding human rights, released by Halvkass Produktion. I have to admit that I'm really not the right person to review this. This CD contains punk, pop punk and so on... Nothing for this metal-crustie!
Tekla Knös starts the whole thing with some punk stuff reminding me of bands such as Dia Psalma and Frank Evert Lipar. Farbror Haj just sucks. Ninja Dolls saves the day actually, pretty good sound quality and vocals. Then there's a lot of crappy stuff again.
I had my hopes up for Varnagel since I know that this band actually can handle their instruments, and the guy singing has got a very pleasant voice. Boy, oh boy, was I disappointed! What the hell happened to Varnagel? Nah, as I stated earlier this is really nothing for me to have an opinion about, not really fair since it's way too soft for my taste. At the moment Cutter is on, great quality if you compare it to the rest of the CD. But what the hell? Emo/pop? Hmm... Sounds like a mix between Cobolt and Spoiler. Maybe this CD is something for you, but not for me!
