At least four of the five tracks on this demo has lyrics concentrated on anti-police subjects, the remaining track, Löneslav, can be read in different ways. Both the artwork and band name is related to that subject as well, so I guess it’s a fair bet to say that these fellows have serious problems with authorities. Musically they’re taking it back to the old days, sounding sort of like a mix between Missbrukarna and Sötlimpa with a dash of Mob 47. So you should know what we’re dealing with here (considering the previously mentioned bands), but just in case I’ll spell it out for you; old school Swedish hardcorepunk
Sekerhetspolisen do their thing pretty well, but it doesn’t really do anything for me. Die hard fans of the genre will probably love it, but it’s too generic for my taste, and maybe a bit too soft as well.
