Holy fucking shit, goddamn, crack my skull, kick me in the nuts, bloodlet my arse, gouge out my eyes, punch me in the gut, leave me to die in a dumpster this sucks! But for that sentence to really take effect you must know the works of one George Carlin and his rapid tongue. Oh, so you do know him? Well, then imagine him saying it and you know exactly how bad this album is.
I cant for the life of me understand why any label would want to release this. Sure, I really dislike goth and Id rather listen to anything other than heavy metal, but this is nothing out of the ordinary. To me it sounds like a lame Type O Negative with tame sound and without the powerful vocals of Peter Steele. Ok, Ill give them the fact that the intro for Cyberevil is quite good, but with an embarrassing title like that it makes me think again (the title would be much better suited for a goregrind band). The musics very melodic and stands firmly in the heavy metal genre while tilting towards goth metal, and since neither is really to my liking Im definitely the wrong person to judge. To me this is like any other band. The vocals are ok, but lacks power. It doesnt affect you, and for this music to be listenable it needs that certain something. And I cant find anything special. So its a mystery to me.
