I rarely listen to melodic death metal, and In Flames fanatics will have little to gain support-wise on my behalf. However there are a few melodic acts out there that really manage to draw my attention; Decadence and Zonaria. But for future references I I�ll add Intrive to the list.
Lethal injection for everyone is jam-packed with slick guitarwork, fierce vocals, atmospheric keys and varied drumming, all wrapped in a pretty powerful production. The tunes are filled with diversity, tempo changes and breakdowns � never getting dull. A little thrash can be detected from time to time, and some of the keyboard passages sound like it�s been taken directly of a black metal album, which makes it quite cool.
There�s a lot of potential here and there�s no doubt it�s a talented bunch. I wouldn�t be surprised if a major metal label signed them. A powerful demo, but I would�ve skipped Remember you�re mortal, which is recorded in a different studio with sucky sound making the tune weak.
