Well, this is a genre I very seldom listen to, and mainly because I’m not really a fan. I have absolutely no idea what their lyrics are about, except for Knock out since part of it is die, die nazi die. Not much room for error there. But this crossover hardcore/thrash is very enjoyable. It’s frantic and fierce with loads of energy, though I do have a hard time taking it to heart. To me it’s a bit awkward. I find the vocals a bit annoying, at least for the first three tracks as the rest have a much more high-pitch frantic screaming going on. The tunes are fast-forward and well-played, but not really for me.
Track 1 – 3 are new, and presents a much better sound quality than the last four tunes taken from their self-titled 2003 demo. Fans of D.R.I. and Cryptic Slaughter rejoice, for you have a new band to adore.
