The latest output from the Swedish crust newcomers, this time with much better artwork and a much better production, but still the same pissed off and raging crustcore reeking of a love for Skitsystem. Lyrics inspired by everyday's misery and misshapens lays the foundation for a truly angst-filled experience. Add to that a major frustration, and this is what you get - Some fucking ass-kicking crust. The fact that this was released as a demo cd-r and not as a real record is such a damn shame. I really hope Aktiv Dödshjälp'll get the attention they deserve.
For track four they try out some grinding, which works alright. But it's the fucking ripping crust tunes that really get you going. The guitarist Tomas told me they'd probably be trying out more grinding in the future. This worries me, as #4 doesn't even begin to match the brutality of the rest of the demo - The angst and the anger goes missing. Anyway, I freaking adore Aktiv Dödshjälp, and this demo rips!
